Komposisi Soal

Prepare for the standard PPPK structure of 90 technical, 25 managerial, 20 socio-cultural, and 10 computer-based interview items (145 total).

Durasi

Manage the standard testing time: 120 minutes for technical/managerial/socio-cultural components plus 10 minutes for the computer-based interview.

Skema Penilaian

Understand the official scoring model: technical items award 5 for correct and 0 otherwise; managerial, socio-cultural, and interview responses are graded 1–4, with 0 for no response.

Skor Maksimum

Use the official maximum-score structure as assessment metadata: 450 technical, 180 combined managerial/socio-cultural, and 40 interview points, 670 total.

Kompetensi Teknis

Menilai penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan perilaku teknis yang relevan dengan jabatan guru yang dilamar; materi teknis mengikuti standar kompetensi jabatan, bukan satu kisi-kisi mapel nasional yang dipublikasikan sebagai bank topik.

Kompetensi Manajerial

Menilai kesesuaian kompetensi manajerial dengan standar kompetensi jabatan.

Kompetensi Sosial Kultural

Menilai kemampuan berinteraksi dan bekerja dalam masyarakat majemuk sesuai tuntutan jabatan.

Wawancara

Menilai integritas dan moralitas melalui wawancara berbasis komputer.
